Ignite, formerly known as the Catholic Youth Advisory Council (CYAC) is a leadership team that assists the Office of Youth Ministry in various Diocesan youth events while being formed as disciples of Jesus Christ.  The team will meet 4-6 times a year for fellowship, fun, formation, and spiritual growth.  There will be guest speakers who will teach us how to be more faithful in prayer and bold in evangelization and discipleship.  Along with personal formation, Ignite will be responsible for assisting in diocesan youth events throughout the year.  

Ignite is now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year.  Our mission is to form young Catholic disciples in prayer and leadership.  Our goal is to equip young leaders so they can go back to their home parishes and witness to their peers.

Ignite Team Details: 
Age: 9-12 grade students
Application Deadline: ​​​​​September 27, 2021
Commitment: 2-year term
