Decora is a holistic retreat day set aside to inspire young women to discover what St. John Paul II refers to as their "feminine genius"...a woman must understand her "fulfillment" as a person, her dignity and vocation, according to the richness of the femininity which she received on the day of creation.
This program is for young women ages 15-21+. Cost for high school women
is $10/person. Mentors and those older than high school women will pay
$20/person. The fee covers the continental breakfast, lunch and
Fertility Care is an important topic for women of all ages. Due to the nature of this particular talk, 15-16 years old need to be accompanied by their moms or a female mentor - an aunt, grandmother, female youth minister, etc.

Sr. Mary Immaculata is profoundly blessed to belong to the community of the School Sisters of Christ the King. Sister grew up with four brothers on a farm in eastern Nebraska, attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and joined the community in 2009. She recently made her perpetual vows to belong totally to Christ and to His Church. Sister has spent three years as a second grade classroom teacher; the greatest joy of which is leading the little ones to Jesus in Holy Communion. Sister will be speaking on the dignity and vocation of women.
Natalie Aughinbaugh, DNP, FNP is a wife and mother of 4 boys and a Doctoral prepared Family Nurse Practitioner who practices in Fargo and is NFP only, meaning she does not prescribe contraceptives. Her practice is devoted to taking care of families, including pediatrics, women's health, and pre- and post-natal care. Natalie also teaches the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning. The title of her talk is Taking Care of Your Gift.
Emily Jacobs, BSN, RN is a wife and mother of two. She currently stays home raising her children, but continues to use her nursing education by teaching the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning to couples in the Fargo Diocese. She loves the work of being a wife and mom, and in her spare time enjoys reading, coffee, and good conversation! She will be speaking on "Discovering the Goodness of Your Body."
