MI Youth Camp

Place: Convent/Sisters of St. Francis of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (OSF)
102 6th St. SE/Hankinson, ND 58041
Cost: $200/student

This vibrant, Catholic camp is for both male and female students who have completed grades 7 through 11 (ages 13-17). Registration deadline is June 1, 2010.
This camp offers great speakers, great worship time, great social time, great opportunities to establish long lasting Catholic friendships and a great time to build your relationship with Jesus Christ.

This year will be different than those in the past. Students will meet on Sunday evening, July 11 at 7pm at the Diocese of Fargo and be bused to Hankinson to the convent. There will be social time, tour of the convent and evening prayer. Our actual week will begin on Monday morning with Mass at St. Phillip’s. The week will end on Friday evening with a potluck supper that parents are invited to attend and bring a dish to pass, the talent show will be that evening and after the talent show all heads home!

We will have a pilgrimage trip to destinations not told until we get on the bus and there will be a special social justice scavenger hunt this week.
Lots of fun, lots of great memories will be created during this week of MI Camp. So don’t delay. Register today!

The mission of Trinity Youth Camp is to bring children of our Catholic faith together to enkindle within them the fire and love of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in a natural camp environment where they are accepted as they are, formed in the faith, and encouraged to further unfold the mystery of God.

As shown above, there are two camp locations and three different dates for this wonderful, faithful experience for our younger students.  Swimming, crafts, game time, camp fires along with spiritual direction, sacraments and Mass are a few of the activities offered throughout the five days of camp.

Each camp session begins at 4pm on Wednesday and closes with a Sunday noon Mass.  Families are invited to attend this Mass and enjoy the short musical program that follows.
