Have you ever had any one tell you that they wish they could help in a particular situation but they find themselves limited in anything that they can do and so they say, "Well, all I can do is pray." How strange it is that we feel that prayer is the last resort rather than the first action. We seem bent on the idea that in order to be of any "real" help we must solve a problem or fix a situation with our bare hands and strong might.

Somehow we must learn that we need to pray in all situations first, then we must put our prayer into action. If there is no action that can be performed, maybe we need to pray some more!
