If you have never attended a SEARCH Weekend before and you would like to apply for an upcoming weekend by email there are some basic questions we need you to answer so that you can be accepted on the particular weekend. Applications are taken on a first come, first serve basis and some weekends fill quickly, so be sure to apply by the deadline. Please email the answers to the following questions to Colleen and Tom at our email site tnc@daktelwb.com. If you are under 18 we request that you also send us a written application by snail mail that needs to be signed by a parent or guardian. The brochure is available by clicking here. If you have problems opening the file, the application form can also be obtained from the person who informed you about Search or from a local Catholic Parish, or by requesting one from us.

You can "block" the following questions and copy them to your clipboard, then simply paste them on your email back to us. Once you have pasted them on your email simply fill in the answers, easy as that!! Or print this page and fill in the answers by hand and send it to us with the fee and parental/guardian signature (if you are under 18).

Why would you like to attend this weekend?

The suggested fee for the weekend is $50 of which you need to send us a $10 non-refundable deposit. Make checks payable to SEARCH and send to: SEARCH Center, 11552 River Road, Valley City, ND 58072.
No one will be refused for financial reasons. Please contact us if you cannot afford the fee and would like financial assistance. There is a fund set up for this purpose. We also suggest that you contact your local parish for financial support as many parishes may pay part or all of the fee.
